Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Due to hygiene reasons, press-on nails are non-returnable if opened or used.

To be eligible for a return:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
